SSC CPO SI Physical Eligibility Standard:

The Central Police Organization Exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. here we will talk about the SI (Sub-Inspector) of CPO and their Required Physical endurance test and Physical Standard Test. To become Sub-Inspector in the Central Police Organization. One will have to clear the written exams and Physical tests and Interview etc. The Physical Standard and Physical Endurance in the Sub-Inspector play a vital role in the selection. If and candidate gets rejected in the Physical standard tests. There is no way to get back. So, We will discuss one by one. First, we will discuss the Physical Standard tests for Male and female and after this, we will discuss the Physical Endurance Test.

SSC CGL Physical Standard for Inspector (Central Excise/ Examiner/ Preventive Officer/CBI)

CPO SI Physical Standard Test:

In this Physical Standard test, A basic Body measurement of the candidates will be done and the candidate could not pass, he/she will be rejected on the same day. These are the following eligibility requirements for the male/female candidates. They must match the eligibility Criteria:

For the Male Candidates:

• The height of the candiadtes should not be less than 170cm.
• The Chest must be 80 cm (Unexpanded)
• The Minimum expansion of the chest must be at least 5cm.
• There is also some relaxation which is given to the candidate who belongs to the hilly area: The height should not be less than 165cm for them.
• The candidates who belong to the Scheduled Tribes, their height should not be less than 162.5 cm. and chest should be 77cm (unexpanded).
• The weight of the candidates must be standard as per their body height.

For the female candidates:

• The height of the candidate should not be less than 157cm.
• There is also some relaxation given to the candidates who belong to the hilly areas: The Minimum height required for them is  155cms.
• Candidates who belong to the Scheduled Tribes: Their height should not be less than 154cms.
• There shall be no minimum requirement of the chest for female candidates.
• The weight of the candidates must be standard as per their body height.

These are required physical standard for the  Central Police Organisation’s Sub-Inspector exam which is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. Here are the few common things about the Physical standard test:

1. A candidate who gets rejected in this, they would have one chance to appeal in the authority on the same day.
2. If any female candidate is pregnant at a time of the test. She will be rejected.
3. The Ex-servicemen are not required to appear for the physical standards tests.
4. A candidate who will qualify the physical standard test and physical endurance test only be eligible for the Tier II exam.

SSC GD Physical Eligibility, For Male and Female, Constable Physical Fitness Test

Physical Endurance Test for Male candidates:

A candidate will have to clear the following activities which are given below in the given time duration. the activities which a candidate has to perform:

• 100-meter race in 16 seconds.
• 1.6km running in 6.5 minutes.
• 3.65 Metre Long jump (3 chances only)
• 1.2 Metre high jump (3 chances only)
• Shot put (16lbs): 4.5 meters ( 33 chances only).

Physical Endurance Test for Female Candidates:

• 100-meter race in 18 seconds.
• 800 meter running in 4 minutes.
• 2.7-meter long jump  (3 chances only).
• 0.9 meters high Jump (3 Chances only).

These are all the details regarding the Physical endurance test and Physical Standard tests. Candidates who will clear this phase will appear for the Tier II Written exam and after that, they will proceed for the medical test.
