UPSSSC Forest Guard Syllabus and Exam Pattern:-

Selection Process of Forest Guard:-

There Will be four-step for Examination for forest guard/Wildlife Guard, and the detail is given below.

A. Written Test
B. Physical Standard Test (PST)
C. Physical Efficiency/ Endurance Test (PET)
D. Medical Examination.

All the steps are necessary for clearing the examination. we are going to tell you one by one information of all the steps, please read carefully.

A. Written Test:-

• There will 180 questions for 180 marks.
• Time for the test will be 2 hours.
• There is no negative marking.
• All Questions have equal marks.

Syllabus of Written Test:-

Part-I Hindi Insight & Writing Ability:-

उक्त भाग में अभ्यार्थियों से हिंदी भाषा का ज्ञान तथा समझ एवं लेखन योग्यता संबंधी प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे| यह प्रश्न पत्र उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद की इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा अथवा समकक्ष परीक्षा के स्तर का होगा|

This section, questions regarding knowledge of Hindi language and understanding and writing Ability will be asked by the candidates. This question paper will be on the level of Intermediate examination or equivalent examination of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council.

Part-II General Knowledge:-

उक्त भाग में अभ्यार्थियों से उसके चारों ओर के वातावरण के संबंध में सामान्य जानकारी तथा समाज में उसके उपयोग के संबंध में उसकी योग्यता आंकने के लिए प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे| उक्त भाग में समसामयिकी घटनाओं, प्रतिदिन दृष्टिगोचर होने तथा अनुभव में आने वाले तथ्यों, विशेष रूप से भारत से संबंधित ऐतिहासिक एवं भौगोलिक तत्वों से संबंधित, वैज्ञानिक पहलुओं के ज्ञान, वन पर्यावरण जलवायु से संबंधित प्रश्न भी पूछे जाएंगे, जिनकी किसी इंटरमीडिएट शिक्षित व्यक्ति से अपेक्षा की जा सकती है|

This section, questions will be asked by the candidates for general knowledge regarding the environment around them and their ability to assess their abilities in society. In the above part, questions related to simultaneous events, visible sightings and experience, especially related to historical and geographical elements related to India, knowledge of scientific aspects, questions related to forest environmental-climate will also be asked, of whom any intermediate educated person will be asked Can be expected.

Part-III General Intelligence Test:-

इस भाग में पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों का उद्देश्य किसी नवीन परिस्थिति को समझने उसके विभिन्न तथ्यों का विश्लेषण तथा पहचान करने योग करने की योग्यता को मापना है| इस भाग में ऐसे प्रश्न भी पूछे जाएंगे जो अनुदेशकों को समझने, संबंधों/समानताओं/संगतताओ का पता लगाने, निष्कर्ष निकालने तथा बौद्धिक क्रियाओं से संबंधित हो|

The purpose of the questions to be asked in this section is to measure the ability to understand and analyze the various facts and to do the identification of a new situation. In this section, such questions will also be asked who understand the instructions, find relationships/equations/compatibility, find out the conclusions and intellectual actions.

B. Physical Standard Test (PST):-

This test is only for the students who qualify minimum cut off of the written examination, and he/she has the given Physical Standard:-

• Minimum 5 Cms Chest Expansion for Male is Mandatory.

C. Physical Efficiency/ Endurance Test (PET):-

Those Students Qualify  Physical Standard Test (PST), are expected to qualify Physical Efficiency Test and the criteria are given below.

Race For Male Candidates:-

It is expected from Male candidates to complete the race of 25 KMs in 04 hours with 10 Kilograms weight.

Race For Female Candidates:-

It is expected from Male candidates to complete the race of 14 KMs in 04 hours. 

D. Medical Examination:-

After Qualifying all the test, Candidates have to go Under Medical Examination Test And expected to fit as per the UP Government Criteria.
