The government of India has several scholarship programs for students to help them in their studies and uplift the burden of financial problems. One of the schemes is the PM YASASVI Yojana. PM YASASVI Scholarship 2024: Complete Details
The GOI has launched the PM YASASVI Scholarship Program for the Vibrant India, students who belong to the OBC class, Nomadic Class, or otehr semi-nomadic tribes are invited to apply for the PM YASASVI Scholarship. The Yojana will help the scholars of class 09th and class 11th. The students from these classes will have to come for the entrance test conducted by the NTA agency and those who clear the test will be awarded the scholarship amount. The students can use the scholarship payment for their studies or to purchase study materials. Only Indian students will be permitted for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
The students from the EBC or DNT classes can apply to the top schools in India to get the best education. These categories of student will get a chance to go to the top class schools and get the top class education that will utilize their talent well and they will be able to fulfill their dreams.
The PM YASASVI Scholarship will provide equal access to education to underprivileged students from the tribes. The students who are meritorious and pass the NTA PM YASASVI Scholarship Entrance Test will get full support from the GOI for their education. The GOI will provide the scholarship amount of Rs 75000 to the class of 09th or 10th students. The students from classes 11 and 12th will get the payment of Rs 1.5 Lac under the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
PM YASASVI Scheme 2024: Eligibility Criteria
- A student who belongs to India means a permanent resident of India is eligible.
- The caste category of the students must be from OBC, DNT, EBC, SAR, SNT, or NT.
- The student should finish their education in the 08th class.
- The family income for one year of the student should be less than Rs 2.5 Lacs.
- The date of Birth of the student for the PM YASASVI Yojana for the 09th class should be from 01/04/2004 to 31/03/2008.
- The date of Birth of the student for the PM YASASVI Scholarship for the 11th class should be from 01/04/2002 to 31/03/2006.
- Pupils from all genders can apply for the PM YASASVI Yojana.
PM YASASVI Scheme 2024: Documents Required
A student will be asked to show the following documents for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- The student will be asked to show the 08th class DMC or 10th class DMC to apply for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- The income certificate of the family will be submitted in the form of a PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- The identity card of the pupil is required for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- The pupil should have an accurate email ID and phone number.
- The caste certificate is necessary for the PM YASASVI Scholarship like OBC, EBC, DNT, etc.

The scholar has to pursue the following steps to apply for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- The application form submission for the PM YASASVI Scholarship will be on the NTA website.
- Proceed to the weblink yet.nta.ac.in.
- Go to the Register button for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- A new webpage will open for the candidate registration.
- Provide the name of the student, Email ID, DOB, and Password.
- Save the login details like the application number and password for the PM YASASVI Scholarship.
- After the registration, you can apply for the PM YASASVI Scholarship by filling out the complete form.
- Then, apply for the PM YASASVI Scholarship Examination and put the details in the form like marks in the 09th or 11th class.
